P.E. In Term 5, our P.E. lessons will be on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Please wear PE kit to school on these days. |

Spelling This term, we will be continuing to follow our school spelling scheme. The children will have a worksheet to complete at home each week based on a particular focus. We will also be learning to spell words from the year 3/4 statutory list. To see different ideas for how to learn spellings at home, please click here. |

Homework Children should be heard to read frequently and we ask that you make a note of what has been read in their reading log at least 3 times each week.
Please practise times tables regularly as well. The White Rose '1-Minute Maths' app is particularly useful and our x table sheets are available here. Information about the Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) that takes place in June will be posted later in the year.
This term's homework grid is available here. Homework books should be handed in every Wednesday. Aim to complete at least one activity per week. |
