Reporting Concerns

If you have any concerns about any aspect of our care for your child, please do contact Mr Barton, the headteacher, as soon as you can.  Our contact details are here, or you are welcome to drop in to school to see him and he will always do his best to see parents as a matter of priority.

If you believe your child is being bullied, as well as seeing Mr Barton you may wish to read the advice given here, endorsed by the Anti-Bullying Alliance.

Should your concern take the form of a formal complaint, you can find our complaints procedure here.

If you have concerns about the welfare of a child, this should be reported to Mr Barton who - in addition to being the headteacher - is our Designated Safeguarding Leader (DSL).  In case of his absence, Mr Miller is the next person to report to.

If you need to report a safeguarding concern outside of school hours,  you can find an online form here on our safeguarding page. Furthermore, if you have concerns about the school's safeguarding procedures you can contact the Local Authority Designated Officer, on 01225 396974.

For some concerns, the Bath and Mendip Partnership Trust's Whistleblowing Policy may apply.  This policy applies to us as being part of their Multi Academy Trust School. It is available here.
